1. Introduction
Sierra Blanca - Marbella (hereinafter referred to as "The Brand") is committed to organising monthly prize draws and related activities to enhance the experience of our participants, collaborators, and sponsors. "The Brand," along with its affiliates and partners, acts solely as the organiser of these activities. Its responsibility is limited to coordinating the sweepstakes and notifying winners, without assuming additional obligations related to prizes or services offered by third parties.
By participating in the draws promoted by CDUTSB or any of its events, and by using this website, you agree to do so at your own risk and discretion, and to comply with the following terms and conditions. We recommend that you read them carefully.

2. Participation in the Sweepstakes
2.1 Entry Requirements:
To participate in our sweepstakes, you must be of legal age and meet the specific requirements set out for each sweepstake. Only those who register for our events between the opening of registration and the month in which the event takes place are eligible. Drawings held in the months following the event are open to the general public until registration opens for the next event.

2.2 Entry Process:
Participation in the draws will take place through the club's official social media accounts, its events, this website, or the platforms and mechanisms specified on each occasion.

3. Selection of the Winner
3.1 Selection Process:
The winner of each draw will be selected entirely at random using an automated system to ensure fairness and transparency.

3.2 Winner Notification:
The winner will be notified via the contact details provided at the time of entry. They will have [72 hours] to respond and claim their prize. If no response is received within [72 hours], a new winner will be selected.

3.3 Compliance Verification:
Before confirming the winner, we will verify that all terms and conditions have been met, including eligibility and correct participation in the prize draw.

4. Prizes
4.1 Prize Delivery:
Prizes will be delivered as specified in each prize draw. "The Brand" is not responsible for the quality of the products or the provision of services offered as prizes, though all sponsors and partners have contractual agreements with us to ensure delivery.

4.2 Responsibility for the Prize:
"The Brand" accepts no liability for any defects, damages, or non-performance related to the prizes offered. Any complaints regarding the quality or provision of the service must be addressed directly to the supplier or sponsor of the prize.

5. Data Protection
5.1 Use of Personal Data:
By participating in our sweepstakes, you agree that your personal data may be used to manage your participation and, if you are a winner, to coordinate the delivery of the prize. Your contact details may also be shared with our sponsors and partners for prize delivery purposes if you win.

5.2 Confidentiality:
We commit to protecting the confidentiality of your personal data and will not share it with third parties without your express consent, except as mentioned above.

6. Complaints and Dispute Resolution
6.1 Complaints Procedure:
Any complaints regarding the sweepstakes should be sent in writing to reclamaciones@cdutsb.org until further notice. We will review and respond to all complaints within 30 days.

6.2 Dispute Resolution:
In the event that an agreement cannot be reached, any disputes will be resolved in accordance with the laws of Spain, and the parties submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of Marbella, Málaga.

7. Modification of the Terms and Conditions
"The Brand" reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated via our website and will take effect upon publication.

8. Acceptance of Terms
By entering our sweepstakes, you confirm that you have read, understood, and fully accepted these terms and conditions. You acknowledge that you participate freely and voluntarily, and that "The Brand" assumes no responsibility beyond organising the prize draw and notifying the winner.
